Nice tempo run of 10.13km at 5'24" in Ulsteinvik. Probably 17 degrees,flat calm - nice! Last km was fast!

A three day, two night visit to Ulsteinvik allowed time for a 5km and a 10km run. Neither was fast. 5.14km at 5'29/km and 10.15 at 6'04"/km (although the average moving pace on the longer run was exactly 6'/km Both with Mike, the second one handicapped by the previous day's exercise and the previous night's drinking
