8km on the treadmill. First 6km at 5'/km, then it all went slower

Sneaky lunchtime run

A few km around Westhill on a cold lunchtime. 5.47km at 5'08/km

Sunday 9 December 2012

Frosty around Cambridge

Cold and crispy - minus 3 degrees around Cambridge. Up to the river, and then back to the Gonville Hotel by Kelsey Kerridge. Hardly any elevation changes! 7.46km at 5'15"/km moving pace

Sunday 2 December 2012

Gym and then Whitehills

Into the gym: 2km on the treadmill at 5'13"/km, then a 1km tempo swim in 20'40". Then 500 more meters, alternating breastroke and crawl, apparently in 10'21" (which I don't really believe). then took Minnie to a snowy Whitehills, where I ran/walked 3.57km at 6'15" average moving pace

Saturday 1 December 2012

Snowy bike ride

Just under 30km (by 20m), at 22km/hr, held back a bit by snow and wind. Standing snow on higher roads made for caution, otherwise ok. Snow showers stinging the eyes made for a repeat of the Applecross experience
