More catching up

11th Feb: 10km treadmill, then 14km time trial loop anticlockwise on old bike (new bike broken) 12th Feb: treadmill intervals: 10.5km/hr, 15 km/hr, 12 minutes at 30 secondes each - 2.6 km 13th Feb: 20km in total on the turbo 14th Feb: gym session with 5km on treadmill, 1.5km in pool 16th Feb: 4.28km on Bennachie with Judith and the dog 16th Feb: 40km on the old bike at average 25.4 moving speed 17th Feb: 1km warm up walk up the Whitehills hill, then 5.77km around Whitehills - slow again
