52km on the bike - no real wind, cool

Cold feet by the end - but wasn't wearing booties so my own fault. 52 km at 25.5km/hr around the county. Down to Cluny, to Souter's Cottage, along the A944 to Sauchen, and then right up the hill at Mains of Linton, then left back to the A944 at Ruth's farm, then Dunecht, Echt, Garlogie, Westhill, Mason Lodge, Lyne of Skene, Dunecht, Castle Fraser, Cluny and home. No beans left after about 30km - couldn't push the HR above about 135 for the last 20km. Must have been yesterday in the gym that did it.
